Last week was great. The volume increased significantly thanks to one little cycle. Well, not that little. Yesterday I went for a 55km spin into the Phoenix Park and quickly remembered why we abandoned that route in 2014. It was boring, windy and generally not much fun but it was still 2hours and 30minutes on a saddle. If I've picked up any information over the last number of months, its that saddle time is critical. With that in mind, this weeks mileage totalled over 10 hours which is a first and gave me some real insight into the months to come. Food intake has doubled and I am wrecked most of the time. I ran another seasons best in this weeks park run, missing out on an 18minute 5km run by 9 seconds. I swam a pretty fast 2km swim on Wednesday night due to arriving at the pool late and another solid 6am swim with Belpark on Friday morning. All data is shown below, but for now, that's another week behind me, and another to begin. I was meant to be taking a Real Bootcamp class with Eoghan tonight but numbers are down so we will postpone that for now. Chat soon guys - Phil
